We have extensive experience administering framework agreements and major projects with both NEC3 and NEC4 (ECC, ECSC, TSC, PSC, PSSC, FC | Main Options A, B, C and E).
Our cost reports highlight commercial performance in a time horizon that suits the project requirements. These provide all stakeholders with insights into the financial performance of the project and the current trends.
We are proficient in administering the tender process and have experience awarding individual package tenders £3m+. We are skilled in administering NEC subcontracts through to final account.
Compensation Events (CEs) are a fundamental component of the NEC's change control process. Effective administration of the change control process is critical to project commercial success.
We are skilled in the development of 'bottom up' estimates using plant, labour and materials concepts to form the basis of an estimate. We have extensive experience using schedule of rates to price activity schedules that form the basis of a target cost contract (NEC ECC Option C). We are proficient in benchmarking estimates against the market to ensure value for money.
We have the ability to develop intuitive dashboards to identify project trends and provide leading indicators to improve decision making. We have vast experience creating bespoke project dashboards to manage change, track target cost performance, manage applications for payment and framework summary dashboards.
We are skilled in highlighting project risks and making adequate cost provisions in forecast documentation. We are adept in highlighting the cost and time impact of certain project risks.
